• Thank you for choosing Malaika Productions. These Terms of Sale & Use govern your transactions with us and set forth policies related to returns, refunds, dispute resolution, export restrictions, and promotions.

1.1 Eligible Returns
We accept returns for physical products only. To be eligible:

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• You must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item.
   

1.2 Non-Returnable Items

• Digital products (e-books, PDFs, downloadable files) 
• Services (consulting, design work, custom commissions) 
• Sale or clearance items
   

1.3 Return Process

1. Contact us at support@malaikaproductions.com with your order number and reason for return. 
2. Wait for confirmation and further instructions from our team.
3. Ship the item(s) to the address we provide. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.
    

1.4 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Contact us within 14 days of delivery if you need an exchange.

2.1 Digital Products
All sales of digital products (e-books, PDFs, downloadable files, or online courses) are final and non-refundable, unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.

2.2 Physical Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, you may request a refund within 14 days of delivery. To qualify:

• Contact us at support@malaikaproductions.com.
• Provide your order number and photographic evidence. 
• We will review your claim and respond within 5–7 business days.
   

2.3 Services
All service payments (including consulting, design work, or custom commissions) are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise in a signed agreement.

2.4 Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel an order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After this period, cancellations will be reviewed, and partial refunds may apply.

2.5 Refund Timing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected. Approved refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

If you have any questions or concerns about an order or transaction, you must first attempt to resolve it by contacting us at support@malaikaproductions.com. We will make every effort to respond and reach an amicable solution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved directly:

• Both parties agree to seek mediation or arbitration in the state or jurisdiction where Malaika Productions operates. 
• Customers waive their right to chargebacks or claim a dispute through their bank or card issuer until this internal process has been exhausted.
   

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first seeking resolution with Malaika Productions may result in:

• Suspension of access to any digital products or services. 
• Recovery of chargeback costs and associated legal fees.
   

Malaika Productions operates in compliance with applicable international, national, and local laws and regulations. By purchasing from us:

• You agree not to use, sell, or distribute any of our products or services in violation of applicable export controls or economic sanctions.
• We do not ship to or provide services for customers in countries or territories under trade or economic sanctions administered by the United States, United Nations, or other relevant authorities. 
• You are responsible for obtaining any required licenses, permits, or approvals for importation or use of our products and services.
• We will not be held liable for delays, penalties, or seizures arising from a customer’s non-compliance with applicable export or import regulations.
   

• All promotions, discounts, or special offers are subject to availability and valid only for the period stated. 
• We reserve the right to amend, cancel, or discontinue any promotion at any time, without notice.
• Promotion terms (such as eligibility, usage limits, or exclusions) will be stated clearly when announced. 
• Unless stated otherwise, promotion codes cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.
• Returns and refunds for promotional purchases will be based on the actual price paid after the discount or promotion has been applied.
   

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Sale & Use at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. We encourage customers to review this page periodically.
